What to email about

• Cancel your membership. Say “cancel” and we action it the same day. You don't have to give a reason and we won't ask for one. You keep access until the year you paid for runs out. You can also cancel from your Account page.
• Ask for a refund. Email from the address on your account. The full policy — including how long the money takes to come back — is on the Refund page.
• See, export, correct or delete your data. Say which one. We aim to respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. See the Privacy Policy.
• A promo or clinic code that isn't working. Send us the code exactly as you were given it.
• Something is broken. What phone or browser you were using and what you were doing helps a lot, but send it even if you don't know — a vague bug report is far better than a silent one.

What we can't help with

Anything medical. We can't tell you whether to take a dose, change a dose, stop a medication, or whether a food or supplement is safe alongside what you take. That isn't modesty — the app does no drug-interaction checking at all, so we genuinely do not know, and guessing would be worse than useless. Those questions belong with your prescriber or pharmacist, both of whom can see your actual chart.

If you think you're having a medical emergency, call emergency services. Please don't email and wait.

How long we take

Two business days, usually less. If you haven't heard back in three, assume the email went astray rather than that you're being ignored — send it again.

RetainMuscle is currently one person, not a support department. That means the reply comes from someone who can actually change the app, and it means weekends are slower than weekdays.
